TRAFFIC IMPLICATIONS

The 45th annual Melissa’s Road Race will take place on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. The participants, including many locals from right here in the Bow Valley, are excited to return to a safe and healthy activity. The Official Charity is the Daycare Society of Banff and the event will also make contributions to many other local groups.

The running route and timing is the same as in 2023 with traffic impacts occurring between 10:30am and 2:00pm. The course will be managed by professional traffic controllers and your patience is greatly appreciated. Please contact us if you want more detailed information on how the route affects your specific area. Please pass this information on to anyone in your organization that could be affected. In keeping with the tradition of the event, the event will also have amplified live music.

Thank you for your support of the event. If you would like to volunteer (we still need help and all volunteers receive one of the famous long sleeved race shirts and will be entered in the draw for $5000 in amazing prizes.
