COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES AND AGREEMENT

The health and safety of all individuals in the event is a priority.

Participants, staff and volunteers are recommended to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to participate in any outdoor activities (non-social) associated to the event.  Any Indoor or outdoor social activities in enclosed areas associated to the event may require attendees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide a negative COVID-19 test (ie. Beer Gardens, VIP Tent, etc).  The Event COVID-19 Guidelines are subject to change based on Provincial Health Actions, the current state of the pandemic (ie. new waves of the virus, outbreaks, etc) and at the discretion of the Organizers.

Procedures are in place to reduce the risks to all individuals involved with the event and provide a safe environment.  Fortunately, case studies have shown that the risk of COVID-19 transmission at an outdoor sporting event is very low.  Regardless, the event has developed COVID-19 safety guidelines and operating principles in alignment with sport/industry standards and provincial health recommendations.  The COVID-19 Guidelines for the event include the following measures/mitigations:
